I had a super quiet weekend in New York, mostly hanging out on my own.  I did a lot of walking and biking around, some shopping, some reading in the park and some cleaning at home.  I’m finding it so hard to be back in an office on Mondays this summer after spending so much time outside over the weekends.  Hope you had a wonderful weekend & enjoy this week’s round of pictures!

The heat wave seems to have finally broken in NYC, and given that I’ve chosen to live without air conditioning, I have to say I’m pretty psyched about it.  My weekend may have been the epitome of summertime.  It included live music, sweaty dancing, a day at the beach, clam steamers, ice cream cones, mini golf, and a long bike ride.  I also smacked my head against a metal beam in a restaurant bathroom, so there’s that but, all and all, I can’t complain.  Enjoy this week’s round of pictures and send us one of yours for next week’s batch!

Over the weekend, we celebrated Albert’s 30th birthday. When deciding what to do, I wanted to plan something that was very relaxed and filled with people he loves. All of my siblings, his siblings and some special family friends ended up renting a wonderful home is Costa Mesa for the weekend.
