5.) Why Do We Resist Accepting Help From People? (via Refinery29) In short, it’s because it can be a slam to our egos or heighten our anxiety levels.  However, my takeaway from this is to accept help when it relates to your weaker areas and offer a polite, “No, thank you” when the offer relates to a strength.  -Lauren
