One Word, Two Ways: Help

Slide4

Last winter, I was feeling pretty miserable and kind of stuck. I know myself well enough now to know that winters are hard for me. The lack of sunlight and warmth does not equal sanity for me 🙂 During that time, someone mentioned to me that we are not meant to do go through life alone. There are so many times when we are feeling out of sorts, unbalanced, sad or overwhelmed when we just try and deal by ourselves. Ever since I heard this piece of advice, I have put it next to my bed. This always reminds me to ask for help, spend time with others and let others into my life, especially when I am feeling off.
